Only what we need
to post your honey.

When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any note you add to the order.

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider, and your card details go straight to them.

To process your payment, post your order, and contact you about it, for example if there is a delay or a problem with delivery.

If you ask to join our mailing list, we will also email you when a new batch is ready. You can ask to be taken off at any time.

Stripe processes your payment, and Australia Post or another courier receives your name and address to deliver the parcel. This website is hosted by Vercel. Each of them handles your information under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.

Your basket is saved in your own browser so it is still there if you leave and come back. It is not sent to us until you check out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@perryshoney.com.au and we will take care of it. We keep order records only as long as we need them for tax and accounting.
