- What does postage cost?
- $10 anywhere in Australia, added at checkout, and free once your order reaches $50 (two bottles). Orders leave Townsville within two working days, and most of the country has them inside a week.
- Do you post overseas?
- Not at the moment. Weight and customs rules on honey make it more trouble than it is worth for an operation this size. Write to us if you are somewhere close and we will see what can be done.
- How is it packed?
- Each bottle is sealed, wrapped and boxed by hand. Nothing is shrink-wrapped and nothing arrives in plastic beads. The box is plain kraft, so it does not announce what is inside.
- It arrived damaged.
- It happens rarely and we do not argue about it. Send a photo to hello@perryshoney.com.au and we will post a replacement on the next run, or refund you, whichever you would rather.
- My honey has gone hard.
- That is crystallisation, and it is the clearest sign the honey was never heated. Stand the bottle in warm water for twenty minutes and it softens again. Do not microwave it.
- Can I collect it instead?
- Yes, by arrangement in Townsville. Order as usual, put a note on the order, and we will email you a time rather than posting it.
- Do you sell wholesale?
- We can supply cafes and grocers. Write to us with where you are and what you get through.
