Our Story

Two hives,
since 2019.

Eucalyptus on the block west of Townsville

Bees at work

A small number of hives
is the whole point.

Perry's Honey started in 2019, mostly out of boredom: two Flow Hives on a property at Bohle Plains, just west of Townsville.

It is still those same two hives today. The bees feed on whatever is flowering nearby, so the honey changes a little with the seasons. Once a month a local beekeeper comes out and harvests it by hand.

It is never heated or treated. Until now it has only gone to friends, and this is the first time it has been for sale.

2019

Two Flow Hives go in on a property at Bohle Plains, mostly to have something to do.

2026

After a few years of going to friends, Raw Bush Honey goes on sale in its own 500g squeeze bottle.

One batch at a time.
Then it is gone.

With two hives there is only so much honey to go around. If it is listed in the shop, there is still some left.
